Terms Acceptance

Liability Limits

Applicable Law

This User Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or its formation, whether contractual or non-contractual in nature, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is determined by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by the Company to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of the Company's rights to enforce such provision or any other provision at a later time. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the User with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. The User acknowledges that use of this website is subject to all applicable regulatory requirements imposed by the relevant Irish licensing and regulatory authorities governing online gaming and gambling activities.
