Terms Acceptance

Liability Limits

Applicable Law

This legal agreement and any disagreements or claims related to it, be they contractual or otherwise, are subject to Irish law. All parties agree that any legal issues stemming from this agreement will be handled exclusively by the courts of Ireland. Should a section of this agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, that specific part will be removed while the rest of the agreement remains fully active. The Company's decision not to enforce a term at any time does not mean it has given up the right to enforce it, or any other term, in the future. This document represents the complete understanding between the Company and the User regarding the website's use, replacing all previous agreements.
